Darren Sapich, current general manager of Stratcom Security (Training Systems and Solutions Limited), will assume full ownership of the organisation, effective from 1 April 2024.
Darren started working at Stratcom Security from 2019 and was promoted to the position of General Manager in 2021. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience from the security sector, having been named as Security Trainer or Workplace Assessor of the Year by the New Zealand Security Association in 2015, 2016 and 2017. He was the Performance Development Manager of Red Badge Group, where he was responsible for the development and training of all of the organisation’s staff members New Zealand-wide.
Darren’s knowledge, experience and professional network within the industry will ensure a smooth transition and current owner and director Gloria McGirr will remain onboard as a consultant.
