Recognised by the Private Security Personnel Licensing Authority (PSPLA), it serves as evidence of requisite training for licensing as a Security Consultant.
Calming Agitated People (CAP)
Aimed at frontline workers, this programme focuses on recognising early signs of agitation and employing strategies to de-escalate potentially tense situations, ensuring safety for all parties involved.
De-escalation and Personal Security for Frontline Glam Sector Workers
