The Certificate of Approval (CoA) is a mandatory qualification for individuals seeking employment in New Zealand’s security industry. The CoA is issued by the Private Security Personnel Licensing Authority (PSPLA), to be eligible to apply for it, you need to complete and achieve three NZQA unit standards.
Stratcom Security offers a comprehensive training programme that encompasses the necessary NZQA unit standards required for the CoA.

Note: If you have completed a New Zealand National Certificate in Security at Level 2 or higher since 2009, Unit Standard 27364 may not be required. If this is the case, please talk to us before you apply to enrol in this course.
This course is delivered face-to-face. You will learn through face-to-face workshops and on-job training.
